I will create an individual training programme that is tailored to your needs. This will include methods that will benefit you but, just as importantly, ones that you will enjoy. What’s more, it can all be done in the comfort of your own home.

Inner Strength has something for everyone. If you are a complete beginner, having a personal trainer is the safest way to get fit. I will teach you how to exercise correctly and explain the reasons why everything you do is important. If you are an experienced athlete, I can bring fresh ideas to your training programme which will push you harder than you can push yourself.
